Step-by-step guide for clubs using Mega Result Calculator — from registration to export and Ace.
1. Getting started
- Register your club account from the registration page.
- Contact us on WhatsApp to activate your subscription.
- Open Dashboard — add fanciers (with Arabic names) and club settings.
- Upload your first race or enter results manually.
2. Upload a race
Supported import formats:
Mega
Benzing
Tipes
Manual entry
- Go to Races → New race, fill race details (date, launch, Ace type).
- Upload the result file or paste rows manually.
- Review warnings (speed, arrival time) before publishing.
- Add Arabic names for fanciers in Fanciers page for Arabic reports.
3. Ace & Leaders
- Ace Short / Middle / Long — choose per race distance category.
- Leaders page shows live Ace rankings filtered by season and category.
- Quick Ace tool calculates Ace from selected races without full upload.
- Club settings: points vs coefficient mode, logo, signatures for export.
4. Export & print
- Open any race → Export result → choose basket column, points, rank limit.
- Print, save PDF, or download PNG from the export view.
- Top 3 rows are highlighted automatically in the report.
FAQ — common issues
Subscription inactive?
Contact us on WhatsApp +20 100 089 8866 for activation.
Fancier names not in Arabic?
Add Arabic names in Fanciers management — English name must match the import file.
Import failed or wrong columns?
Check file format (Mega / Benzing / Tipes) and re-export from your clock software.
PDF cuts rows in the middle?
Use the built-in Download PDF button — it splits pages at row boundaries.
